FAQ

  • Cancellation Policy

    100% of the booking is eligible for a refund if cancelled at least 21 days prior to departure.

    75% of the booking is eligible for a refund if cancelled at least 15 days prior to departure.

    50% of the booking is eligible for a refund if cancelled within 14 days of departure.

  • No Pets

    No Smoking or Vaping: This is prohibited inside both rental vehicles and tents

    Consumption of intoxicants while driving: Use of alcohol, marijuana, or other intoxicants while operating the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

    Drivers renting our vehicles must be at least 25 years or older, and hold a valid drivers license. International drivers must use their foreign drivers license.

  • Travel on all public roads is allowed including roads to public Rec Sites. Off-road trails or closed/deactivated roads are prohibited. Rental vehicles are not to be used for purposes such as rock buggies, deep/heavy mud use, or water crossings. Verify road conditions before proceeding.

  • Rentals include 200kms per a day, Overage is $.25/km. Unlimited km's - $30 per day.

  • A $1000 damage deposit will be required when booking. 

    The damage deposit will apply to any damage to the vehicles, supplies, lost/broken equipment, charges to fill up gas, cleaning fees, tickets, towing/extraction, ect.


We also accept Interac Etransfers as form of payment.  However we do still require a credit card on file for booking.
