Have a last-minute issue? Reach out — we’re flexible when we can be.

  • We want you to have an awesome (and safe) adventure. Here are a few things to keep in mind when renting with us:

    • No Smoking or Vaping – Please keep all vehicles and tents smoke-free — that includes vaping.

    • No Intoxicants While Driving – Drinking, using cannabis, or any intoxicants while operating the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

    • Drivers Must Be 25+ – All drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. International guests are welcome — just bring your home country’s valid license.

Thanks for understanding — these rules help keep the experience safe, clean, and ready for the next adventure.

  • We want you to explore — responsibly. Here’s what to know about travel limits and mileage:

    • Go for it: Travel is allowed on all public roads, including those leading to public Rec Sites.

    • Stay safe (and legal): Off-road trails, closed or deactivated roads, deep mud, rock crawling, or water crossings are not permitted.

    • Know before you go: Always check current road conditions before heading out — you’re responsible for where you take the vehicle.

  • To help cover the unexpected, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking.

    This deposit covers things like:

    • Damage to the vehicle or gear

    • Lost or broken equipment

    • Fuel refills if the tank isn’t returned full

    • Excessive cleaning fees

    • Traffic tickets, tolls, or bylaw fines

    • Towing or vehicle recovery due to misuse or prohibited travel

If everything checks out when you return the vehicle, your full deposit will be refunded — easy as that.

Deposits are typically refunded within 3–5 business days after drop-off.

  • Insurance Coverage
Vehicles are fully insured under the company’s policy, which includes:

    • Collision – $500 deductible

    • Windshield damage – $500 deductible

    • Comprehensive (e.g. fire, vandalism, weather) – $500 deductible

    Roadside Assistance
Our rental vehicles do not include formal roadside assistance coverage through our insurance provider.

However, as a small, customer-focused company, we are committed to supporting our renters in the event of an issue. If a breakdown, mechanical issue, or accident occurs through no fault of the renter, we will respond as promptly as possible and assist with recovery.

If the issue is minor and can be resolved (e.g., flat tire, dead battery), we will either assist directly or coordinate a local service provider to help at no cost to the renter.

    If the Vehicle Becomes Unusable:
In the rare event that the rental vehicle becomes unusable and cannot be repaired or replaced during your rental period (due to mechanical failure, accident, or other major issues not caused by the renter), our policy is as follows:

    • You will be issued a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the rental.

    • We will do our best to assist with transportation to a nearby town or your original pickup point, if applicable.

    • A replacement vehicle may be provided but not guaranteed.

We understand this can be inconvenient, and while we strive for reliability, we appreciate your understanding of the limitations of a small rental provider.
